    Greetings friends,

    If you're receiving this email you've probably told us you're interested in Celebri!, our small gathering of friends in New York City for a viewing of Cirque du Soleil's "Winter Tale": Wintuk.

    But what is Celebri!? From the Italian "to celebrate," Celebri! is a coming together of friends to celebrate Cirque du Soleil in various geographical settings. By supporting a small reunion multiple times a year, Celebri! desires to ensnare the jubilant, ecstatic, and euphoric feelings that well up inside each avid Cirque du Soleil fan and nurture that festivity into a joyous and wonderful occasion with friends and fellow fans alike!

    Rich and I have picked New York City for Wintuk as our inaugural gathering spot and we're delighted that you (i.e. the receivers of this communication), have decided to join us! While our weekend is still a few weeks away, we wanted to touch base with everyone to see what their plans were, what ideas you all had in store and, of course, to let you know what we had in mind. You can keep up-to-date with Celebri: Au Nouveau Yorque (as we're calling it) through our website: www.celebri.org, but we'll also keep you abreast of changes and updates through email.

    Soon we'll descend upon other cities around the continent, including (but not limited to): San Francisco, California; Monterrey, Mexico; Seattle, Washington; and Las Vegas, Nevada. So join us for Celebri! in a region near you - we announce the city and our timetable and all you have to do is set your itinerary and join us! There are no sign-up fees, no restrictions and no limits on fun!

    Greetings friends,

    If you're receiving this email you've probably told us you're interested in Celebri!, our small gathering of friends in New York City for a viewing of Cirque du Soleil's "Winter Tale": Wintuk.

    Now that we've gotten the obligatory (this isn't SPAM) message out of the way, how about a little news regarding Celebri!: Au Nouveau Yorque... yeah?!

    There's a little less than a full month yet to go before we assemble in Manhattan for Wintuk, but Rich and I wanted to let you know now to make a note in your calendars to join us for a special group meal at one of Manhattan's premiere Steak Hosues: Keens! Thanks to Mr. Douglas Metzger (and family) we have a standing reservation for 16 people at Keens for 5:30pm on Saturday, November 10th - just before our show! So, if you're interested in joining the group at Keens please let us know so we can confirm with the restaurant the number of attendees. Email #3 - November 5, 2007

    Greetings friends,

    There’s less than a week to go before we gather in New York City for Celebri: Au Nouveau Yorque. Are you excited? We are! There’s still so much for us to do in preparations for our trips, we’ll be running around behind-the-scenes getting everything prepared. As such, this will probably be our final email before we see everyone, so we wanted to take this moment to make sure everyone was up to date by answering a few questions that have cropped up since our last update:

    Q. WHAT IS YOUR SCHEDULE?

    Q. WHERE ARE YOU STAYING?

      Rich and I are staying at the La Quinta Inn in Long Island City just off the 40th Street/Lowry station on the 7 train bound for Queens. Should you need to meet us there for any reason, their address is:

    Q. HOW LONG IS WINTUK/WHEN DO THE DOORS OPEN?

      Doors to the theater open approximately one hour prior to show time. The running time of the show is one hour and 50 minutes, including a 20 minute intermission.

    Q. HOW DO WE GET TO MADISON SQUARE GARDEN?

      Wintuk at The WaMu Theater at MSG is located on 7th Avenue between 31st and 33rd streets.

      By Subway --- Take the following lines...

        Take 1, 2 or 3 (Seventh Avenue Lines), A, C or E (Eighth Avenue Subway) to 34th Street/Penn Station.
